She challenges our individual skill levels by introducing poses that build on what we have already learned. This active growth is what makes practicing yoga with Amy Rose so worthwhile. She always takes the time to walk around the class and help each individual student find themselves in a pose by offering slight adjustments and tips. Her teaching style is friendly and upbeat, she plays great music in class and is always available to answer any of my questions. She is by far the best yoga teacher I've come across in Europe!

It makes you really understand the poses and what each pose is about. She is an extremely hands on teacher. She doesn't just sit and watch. And at the end of an intense yoga work out when we are all in a relaxed meditation she walks to every person and gives a little tug here, pressure there, and a slight re-adjustment of your position and body. All in all Amy Rose is the best yoga teacher you will find so stop looking."
